Join
Purchasing and Contracting Services will establish accounts for departments upon request. Once the account is established, the local department admin will be responsible for routine maintenance and management. This includes tasks such as adding, deleting, or adjusting user permissions, delivery addresses, and payment methods.
Department
To establish a department account, please submit the following information to uop2help@uoregon.edu.
- Index
- This can be changed in the future.
- This does not restrict which index you use for purchases on Amazon.
- PCard Custodian name and email
- Standard PCard only.
- This person will be the default, local account administrator.
- Shipping address(es) using the Amazon address spreadsheet.
- A list of account users using the Amazon user spreadsheet
- You must indicate the role of the user: Administrator, Requisitioner (Buyer), or Finance.

Individual
Each department establishes and manages its own group within the UO Amazon Business Account. Please reach out to your department’s business office or PCard Custodian to complete your placement into your department’s group.
