Duck Depot Expansion 2025 is live!
The newly updated and expanded service offering for Duck Depot is now live and ready to meet your ordering needs.
Over the last 9 months, PCS, Business Affairs, and many others across campus have been working to configure and implement the newly expanded Duck Depot. We are excited to finally share it with you.

Duck Depot Classic
Duck Depot Classic is being retired at the end of 2025. Please review the important dates and details below to ensure a smooth transition:
- Order Placement Deadline:
Duck Depot Classic will accept new orders until December 1, 2025. - Access to Past Orders:
You can view and retrieve past order information until December 31, 2025. - System Retirement:
Starting January 1, 2026, Duck Depot Classic will be retired and no longer accessible.
Note: PCS will download and store order data for records retention and auditing purposes. - Duck Depot PCards:
- PCards will remain active through January 31, 2026 to allow for order fulfillment and payment.
- After January 31, 2026, Duck Depot PCards will no longer be valid.
